“Humoresque”

Description

An omnibus of disparate stanzas, bawdy and scatological, set to Dvorak's familiar piano composition.

Notes

The late Supreme Court Associate Justice William O. Douglas claims that he and fellow Yale Law School professor Thurman Arnold wrote at least one of the verses to this in the early 1930s. See Douglas's _Go East, Young Man_ (pp. 171-172). - EC
